Refund Policy

TechieDebt charges a one-time fee for each assessment:
- International customers: USD $7
- Customers in India: INR ₹499
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable in the following cases:
- Duplicate payments made for the same assessment.
- Payment deducted but the assessment was not initiated due to a technical issue.
- Technical issues on TechieDebt's side that prevent delivery of the assessment and cannot be resolved.
2. Non-Refundable Cases
- Refunds will not be provided once an assessment has started, except where a platform-side issue prevents delivery of the service.
- Dissatisfaction with assessment scores, findings or results is not a valid reason for a refund.
3. Refund Requests
If a refund has not been received for any of the eligible situations mentioned above, users can contact us at hello@stacksyte.com with their registered email address and payment reference.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Processing times may depend on the payment provider or bank.
